Fractional Squarespace Lead support is for organizations that need someone to connect website priorities, content operations, commerce, releases, partners, measurement, and implementation, but are not ready to add a full-time web or ecommerce leader.

Support may include

• Website and commerce roadmap and backlog ownership
• Prioritization, planning, and decision support
• Content operations, landing pages, forms, scheduling, and release coordination
• Portfolio, gallery, blog, service, and resource-library improvements
• Squarespace pages, sections, site styles, domains, and integration oversight
• Commerce product launches, promotions, subscriptions, and merchandising coordination
• Requirements, acceptance criteria, partner briefs, and implementation QA
• Analytics review and performance-reporting coordination
• Hands-on implementation within available monthly capacity

Starting engagement

Starting at $4,000 per month for up to 24 hours of monthly capacity. The exact mix of leadership, coordination, analysis, and implementation is agreed during onboarding and refined as priorities evolve.

Boundaries

Monthly capacity is finite and requires active prioritization. Large redesigns, migrations, extensive content production, specialist creative work, and major third-party development may require a separate scope or partner support. Unused capacity, response expectations, meeting cadence, and cancellation terms are defined in the service agreement.
