The Shopify Improvement Sprint is a fixed-price, fixed-scope implementation engagement for one clearly defined Shopify priority or one tightly related workstream. It is appropriate when the desired outcome can be stated clearly, required access and inputs are available, and acceptance criteria can be established before work begins.
A Sprint may focus on
- Navigation, onsite search, collections, filters, or product discovery
- Product or collection template refinements
- Product data, metafields, metaobjects, taxonomy, or merchandising systems
- A defined conversion or customer-journey improvement
- One promotion, discount, bundle, subscription, or application-configuration workstream
- Theme and storefront corrections within an agreed area
- A defined tracking, redirect, feed, or campaign landing-page workstream
These are possible workstream categories, not a promise to complete all of them in one Sprint.
What is included
- A client-approved Sprint Scope Brief
- One primary outcome and tightly related workstream
- Defined deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on implementation
- QA and regression checks within the affected area
- Weekly written status while work is active
- Read-only PDF handoff with relevant evidence and documentation
- A 10-business-day correction window for qualifying defects attributable to the included work
What is not included
- An unlimited backlog or open-ended development capacity
- Full store redesigns, theme migrations, replatforming, or store rebuilds
- Large custom applications or major new integrations
- Extensive catalog, customer, order, or content migrations
- Copywriting, photography, video, design production, or campaign production
- Comprehensive SEO, paid-media, accessibility, security, legal, tax, or regulatory programs
- Ongoing ownership, maintenance, monitoring, or emergency support
The client supplies finalized, approved copy and media required for implementation. Placing supplied material may be included when it is incidental to the agreed structural work.
Scope, payment, and timing
Before payment, UNEO MEDIA confirms the outcome, deliverables, responsibilities, access, dependencies, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and target schedule in a Sprint Scope Brief.
The full $5,000 payment is due after the Scope Brief is approved. Work is normally completed within two to four weeks after payment, access, approved inputs, and required dependencies are complete.
Apply your Audit toward a Sprint
When a Shopify Store Performance Audit materially defines the Sprint workstream and avoids duplicated discovery, the full $750 Audit fee may be credited toward a qualifying Sprint contracted within 30 days of Audit delivery. Eligibility is confirmed in the Sprint Scope Brief. The remaining Sprint payment is $4,250.
