Description
Turn one defined priority into completed work.
The Squarespace Improvement Sprint is a fixed-price, fixed-scope implementation engagement for one clearly defined website or commerce priority, or one tightly related workstream. It is appropriate when the desired outcome can be stated clearly, required access and inputs are available, and acceptance criteria can be established before work begins.
A Sprint may focus on
- Pages, sections, layouts, navigation, and content-discovery improvements
- Portfolio, gallery, blog, service, or resource-library refinements
- Forms, lead paths, scheduling, member areas, and conversion flows
- Responsive styling, custom CSS, and supported code-injection work
- Image delivery, page weight, and performance improvements within an agreed area
- Squarespace Commerce store, category, product, cart, or checkout improvements
- Product variants, subscriptions, discounts, shipping, taxes, and merchandising configuration
- Integrations, redirects, analytics, tracking, and campaign landing pages
Included
- Written scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria before payment
- Implementation of the approved workstream
- Quality assurance across agreed browsers, devices, and user paths
- Concise documentation and handoff notes
- One defined review and correction cycle within the approved scope
Before the Sprint begins
UNEO MEDIA will confirm that the work fits the Sprint model and that the required content, decisions, and access are available. This may include Squarespace administrator or contributor access, domain or DNS access, integration credentials, brand assets, product data, and approval of a site-duplication or rollback plan where appropriate. Payment should be made only after the written scope has been approved. Work that cannot be responsibly bounded may require a discovery phase, a Squarespace Performance Audit, or a different engagement model.
Boundaries
A Sprint is not unlimited development time or a full-site redesign by default. New requests, delayed dependencies, extensive content creation, third-party platform changes, paid extensions or services, and work outside the approved acceptance criteria require a separate estimate or change in scope.
Good fit
- You have one important outcome that can be clearly defined
- Your content, approvals, and access can be ready before implementation
- You want implementation, QA, documentation, and handoff in one engagement
- You understand that Squarespace platform limits may shape the solution
