WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
Use your Action Report as a prioritized roadmap. Make the changes with your team, or have UNEO MEDIA help implement them.
START WITH THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS MOST.
Every audit has one primary focus, so the findings are useful—not overwhelming.

Conversion Performance
For stores getting traffic but not enough purchases.
We look at the journey from arrival to cart and checkout.

Search Visibility & Organic Acquisition
For stores that need more qualified organic traffic.
We look for issues affecting how shoppers and search engines find your products.
You choose your focus during intake.
SEE WHAT THE REPORT MAKES CLEAR.
A useful audit does more than flag a problem. It shows what was found, why it matters, and what deserves attention first.

Example 1: Purchase-path clarity
What we found: A key action was easy to miss or difficult to use.
Why it matters: Customers may hesitate or abandon the path to purchase.
Recommended next step: Improve the action’s visibility and test the revised path.

Example 2: Mobile experience – slow-loading storefront
What we found: Key mobile pages took too long to load, particularly before important product content and purchase actions became usable.
Why it matters: Mobile shoppers are often browsing on smaller screens and less reliable connections. A slow store can make the experience feel unresponsive, interrupt product discovery, and increase the chance that shoppers leave before taking action.
Recommended next step: Identify the heaviest page elements, scripts, apps, and images affecting the representative journey, then prioritize the changes most likely to improve the first usable experience.

Example 3: Search visibility – missing metadata
What we found: Representative product or collection pages were missing, incomplete, or duplicated in key metadata such as page titles and meta descriptions.
Why it matters: Metadata helps search engines understand what a page is about and helps potential customers decide whether to click a result. Missing or unclear metadata can make it harder for the right pages to appear with a relevant, persuasive search listing.
Recommended next step: Create a prioritized metadata plan for the sampled pages, beginning with the pages most relevant to products, categories, and search intent.
NOTE: Illustrative findings from a representative audit; findings and priorities vary by store.

The Shopify Store Performance Audit is a focused review of representative customer journeys and store conditions, organized around one primary focus: Conversion Performance or Search Visibility & Organic Acquisition.
You will receive a shareable Shopify Action Report PDF with an executive snapshot, a record of what was reviewed, up to 10 prioritized findings supported by available evidence, recommended first actions, and an Action Roadmap organized as address now, plan next, test, or monitor.
Depending on your chosen focus and available access, the review may include representative storefront, technical, performance, accessibility, customer-journey, analytics, or search-visibility checks across mobile and desktop views.
The Audit is not a review of every page, product, template, market, browser, device, app, integration, discount combination, or checkout condition.
It does not include implementation, code changes, content creation, app removal, a full technical crawl, a complete SEO engagement, a full keyword strategy, backlink work, or ongoing content support. It also does not guarantee improvements in conversion, traffic, rankings, sales, or revenue.
If you need help implementing approved priorities, UNEO MEDIA can discuss a separate Shopify Improvement Sprint or ongoing support arrangement.
Access needs depend on your Audit focus and the evidence available. Some reviews can begin with the public storefront; others may benefit from limited access to Shopify analytics, search-performance reporting, or other relevant data.
After purchase, you will complete a short intake and receive instructions for any required access. UNEO MEDIA confirms scheduling once the intake and access requirements are complete. Never share your Shopify password; use the appropriate access method requested in the intake instructions.
No. The Audit identifies issues, explains why they matter, and recommends practical next steps. It does not include fixes, code changes, design updates, content creation, or app changes.
The goal is to give you a clearer basis for deciding what to address next—whether you handle it internally, work with an existing team, or continue with UNEO MEDIA.
Your Shopify Action Report is typically delivered within five business days after your intake, any required access, and scheduling confirmation are complete.
If access, store conditions, or the requested focus require clarification, UNEO MEDIA will confirm the delivery timing before the review begins.
Yes. A separate 60-minute Shopify Action Report Review Session is available for $150. It can be added during purchase or booked within 30 days after your report is delivered.
The session is an opportunity to walk through the findings, discuss priorities, and clarify practical next steps. A live meeting is not included with the Audit unless this separate Review Session is purchased.
If you move forward with UNEO MEDIA’s eligible Shopify Improvement Sprint, your $750 Audit fee is credited in full toward that work.
To qualify, you must sign the Sprint proposal and pay the required deposit within 30 calendar days after your report is delivered. If you purchase and complete a Shopify Action Report Review Session during that initial 30-day period, the deadline extends to 30 days after the session—up to a maximum of 60 calendar days after report delivery.
The credit is one-time, nontransferable, has no cash value, applies only to the first eligible Shopify Improvement Sprint, and cannot be combined with other offers.
The Audit is intentionally focused and representative. It is designed to identify meaningful priorities, not certify every part of a Shopify store.
Findings are based on the pages, journeys, devices, reports, and conditions reviewed during the engagement. Each finding reflects the evidence available and may note limitations that affect confidence. The Audit does not guarantee that every issue will be found or that acting on a recommendation will produce a particular business result.
